A: The Organiser takes this from an unexpected event that can not prevented natural disaster such as flood, earthquake, forest fire, There is no refundable in case of heavy rain that cause we can not operation lanterns releasing or will will wait until rain stop to continue the operation aspkossible. Government order which may be the reason the make the Yi Peng lantern festival can not  organise all ticket are non-refundable in all cases. Participants must agree to accept the risk.
